Very good customer service, including delicious breakfasts with pancakes and a different delicious cake, for example. Well-kept and well furnished room with a comfortable decor. Convenient and unbeatable location, very close to the beach.

Amazing and fascinating location, amazing area, not far from monchique central square, a restaurant where breakfast and other meals take place and a beautiful green valley, far away from all the tourist crowds. 4-6 minutes' walking distance from St George's Hall Liverpool and other tourist attractions. Recently refurbished units with lovely shuttered windows very romantic as well as a view on the mountain at the check-in.

Gorgeous hotel with a lovely design and polite staff. Amazing location in the square which can ruin meals as they smoke inbetween courses. Adjacent to a restaurant, two bars and the spa and surrounded by mimosa.

It boasts great, pleasant location really close to the church, the restaurant across the road and the beaches in Algarve which were about 20-25 minutes away. Besides, we loved the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel. The rooms are good-sized and newly decorated and have nice views of the mountains.

Our suite with a mini bar, a sofa bed and central heating was heated. The location couldn't be more marvellous in a beautiful green valley. The services were good, offered us free high speed Internet access. Everything was beautiful, the staff were superbly friendly and pleasant.

We stayed in the twin/double room equipped with beer, a gorgeous patio plus lovely shuttered windows. The indoor restaurant offered fine dishes, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient, just off the factory that is producing the mineral water "Monchique " and Algarve, fantastic value for money. It also was in the central courtyard which was a really nice area to eat in.

Central location next to next Restaurant where there was choices, the factory that is producing the mineral water `` Monchique '', and a secluded wooded valley complete with cobbled streets and beautiful paths and trackways, it was in a tranquil area. I ate in the indoor restaurant nearby. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was exceptional.

We liked service and views, the venue organised everything for us. Large room, comfortable bed, big sunny balcony, we were so happy. Restaurante o castelo, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel. Not to mention free parking nearby. It was worth its 3 stars.
